How to place an order for purchase of vehicle Parts in our company
If you decided to order vehicle PARTS through our company you have to complete the following procedure:
Fill the table "A – Client Information" showing all necessary contacts as e-mail, shipping address, phone numbers. Provide you active contact e-mail – requirement!
Fill the table "B- PARTS ORDER FORM" showing all options and requirements of parts of your choice, describe additional part number (if any) and requirements, select price range of this purchase.
Write down N# of your order (it is assigned automatically) for tracking and checking status of your order in future.
Once you order has been accepted, it should appear in ORDER LIST table - with status flag RECEIVED.
After your down payment for vehicle purchase an appropriate flag or sum will show in column DOWNPAYMENT.
(Amount of down payment for each purchase has to be stipulated separately). - From that moment you order will be processed and fulfilled.
Once your vehicle is purchased, status flag of your order in ORDER LIST will be changed to PURCHASED.
Then you can contact our office to complete transaction and process all paper work.
If you have decided to CANCEL your ORDER - please, write or call us at once.
Status flag will be changed to - CANCELED.
(NOTE: it is possible to reinstate your order after cancellation. Contact us, if you wish to renew your order for purchase of vehicle).
Remember! We welcome direct contacts with our clients, ORDER LIST table helps our representatives to plan purchases correctly and it can aid our clients to check status of their orders on-line.
Remember! Orders for which down payments were already made/received are placed on top of the table and they are to be processed FIRST.
