Poseidon Auto Shipping
Our company ships cars into all sea ports of Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan. From East Coast (New-York and Miami). We provide shipment in both options available for vehicle shipment: RO-RO ship deck (large vehicles) or container (default option for passenger vehicles), and at best possible rate of the day of shipment per se.
Attention:
A Sender of car needs to provide us with the following information:
1. Contact information of car recipient: Name, Surname, address, phone number.
2. Contact information of vehicle sender (if it is not our company): Name, Surname, address, phone, number.
These data are required for filing customs, customs privileges, vehicle purchase and ownership documentation, and technical passport.
In accordance to client's preferences we can provide either shipment of vehicle on special ship decks (RoRo method) or in containers (2-3 cars per container). Rate of shipment depends on destination port and should be stipulated and verified separately.
Delivery time usually does not exceed 21-35 days. After vehicles all loaded up and ship is enroute, we place all pertinent information about the shipment in section "Shipment Schedule" on our server. Using out data table, you can track container with your vehicle by container number on transAtlantic lines of respective transportation companies. You can also get a phone number of agents (company) receiving your cargo in destination port.
Purchased cars are temporarily parked on special lot before being loaded on ship. Expenses for parking car is responsibility of car sender/owner.
We hand all car documentation to a client (is he/she is currently in USA) or we send it as CERTIFIED mail: Global Express Mail. Be using tracking number you can check status of delivery and location of the package with your documents via mail service web-site.
Insurance for car shipment is optional, but recommended, and insurance cost amounts to 1% of the car price.
Payment should be made to our company US bank account. Overall Cost of shipment depends on class of vehicle and destination port.
Please, remember! All prices for cars listed on our web site include shipment to sea ports of Finland.
